An avid outdoorsman and man of faith, Rodger has always found peace in creating.
Although his professional career began in the grocery business in the small town of Pleasureville, Kentucky many moons ago, Rodger has traveled hundreds of miles around the Bluegrass State teaching youth about conservation as an officer for the Department of Fish and Wildlife. With a plethora of skills acquired as a lifetime outdoorsman, Rodger has found himself using his experience of "the wild" through a new (and creative) outlet: uniquely created & and crafted art.
When he isn't painting, carving, wood-burning, playing the guitar and singing, delivering cards to his "ladies" in his nursing home ministry, or teaching himself how to buck dance in his living room, you can find him working through his handyman to-do list that one of his children has so generously created.
